![]() I paid *** over ****** and they only settled ****** worth of debt and left me with a judgment for over ****** dollars. The largest debt that was enrolled was not settled as promised and I was mislead by *** that "all enrolled debts had been satisfied". Not only did I pay *** relief the full amount agreed upon to settle these debts, I also paid for legal protection that I did not get. ![]() In March 2023 I found out that my bank account had been garnished as a result of the lawsuit that was filled in 2019. I was told all the debts enrolled in the program had been satisfied and congratulations on graduating the program. In Nov 2021 I completed the program after 38 months of payments in they amount of 750 dollars, ***** of which went to ******************** as a retainer for legal protection. I received no additional communication from *** or ********************'s Office. I was told the both on the phone and by email the the issue was being managed by the client care team. I also followed up with *** via phone and email. I contacted *** by phone and was directed to upload the documents in the *** client portal, which I did. In Nov 2019 I received notification that DiscoverBank had filed a lawsuit. They told me that in such a case to notify *** and that they would manage the issue. During the onboarding process *** informed me that creditor could start to harass me and could even file a law suit against me. ![]() During that time *** offered me legal protection through ********************'s law firm. National Debt Relief LLC and I entered into an agreement in ******************** paying off revolving debt.
